Unlimited Moving were AWESOME! I had the pleasure of working with Unlimited Moving who helped me and made my move easy. The move was smooth, quick, and well done. Everyone was extremely courteous and careful with our furniture, and the dispatcher followed up multiple times before, during, and after the move. I'd highly satisfied with their service. Highly Recommend!

We were scheduled between 10 and 11am, and we informed them we needed to get them here in the morning because it was an out of state move. They did not arrive until 3pm. They did keep us updated, but since we told them we needed them to come in the morning, getting here at 3pm was disappointing. We also requested a receipt numerous times since we paid cash, and I was promised one, but never received it. Even after requesting one 4 times. They did not fill the truck completely, even though there was plenty of time for them to finish. They claimed there was not enough room, but yet we were able to fill the truck ourselves, so there was plenty of room. Every one was very friendly and careful with our stuff.

Steve and his crew were a bunch of great guys. Went above and beyond with helping us with a 2-day move. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an excellent job.

Horrible. I've signed the contract with them on an estimated pick-up between May 20-22. Since I would be relocating to Raleigh, the car has to be picked up before I fly to NC. I even called them a week before to make sure this is going according to plan. I was told I would get a call at least a day PRIOR the pick up date. On May 20, nobody came to the house. On May 21, as 22 is the last day of pickup, I was waiting for a call and no one called/picked up the car. On May 22, I had to call the company and it was only then I was told that THERE'S NO DRIVER. Nobody had the guts to even update or call me, and there I was waiting and expecting the car to be picked up FOR NORTHING. They couldn't even answer why no one called. RACHEL whom I talked to for contract forwarded me to CHRIS and it was just horrible. I waited May 23 and nothing. The conversation between a frustrated customer and unapologetic agent is just a mess!!! Now Im stuck with choosing another company and pay extra. I am now in Raleigh and my car isn't here and I had to ask my friend to watch my car because new company will pick it up (Day after my flight). It was a horrible experience. Customer service was at its lowest level!!!

It pains me to give Whitehill Moving & Storage less than five stars, but I feel the need to advise others of my experience. When I called for an estimate to move my 1 bedroom apartment between neighborhoods in Florida, I was told to expect $575 charge for 3 movers. On the day of the move the lead mover gave me a revised do not exceed of $1,075. At this point we had to be out of the apartment and could shop around so we just had to go forward. Just as luck would have it our final move cost nearly hit the do not exceed. Because the movers did such a great job we tipped them 15%, only to learn a week later that the tip is a donation to Whitehill foundation, which in my opinion just further added to the cost of our move. So we essentially paid over $1200 to move a 1 bedroom apartment 3 miles down the road. This has been the most expensive move I have ever had.

Big George Moving were amazingly useful and solid for us amid our moving from Michigan to Florida. We had five days of simple pressing and quick conveyance.
