This company was very unprofessional, and my apartment complex has to use them for moving services. A lot of people things went missing. On top of that my 40 inch TV and dryer was broken during the move. I made the initial contact with the company in mid November to see what I needed to do. On November 21st 2016 I sent the fax of what I needed to send. 2 weeks later I called about it and they told me that they didn't receive it. I then did everything by e-mail by mid December and I was told that the claims adjuster would be in the following week. I called the following week now he won't be in until the following week, and I'm so frustrated with these people. So next week I'm just going to take a trip over there with my broken TV and just give it to them.
