I had an unusual move to plan. It was moving my sister in laws stuff from CA to IL. I was doing this from WI so I needed a company I could depend on. At first Shawn Freeman was all on top of things and seemed to have stuff in order. I was assured that not having anyone there was fine and it would be worked out and they could send me the paperwork to sign. We scheduled the move I gave him my information for the down payment. Was told I could do the down payment and then pay the rest at delivery. So moving day came and the movers from US Movers called to ask who was meeting them there to supervise the move?? I said it was all worked out with Shawn and he said no one had to be there. So Shawn was giving me a line of BS telling me he had it all approved and I would be good to go the next day (Thursday). Thursday came and I was trying to get a hold of Shawn and he kept saying dispatch should be calling you. Ill let you know as soon as I hear. Mind you I had already taken a half day on Wednesday for this long distant move to be available for questions. The last time I spoke with Shawn was Wednesday night. Only Texts on Thursday up until noonish...from then on NOTHING!!!! Then he said Vianca was working on it again that was before noon on Thursday. So Thursday late afternoon US Movers called me and started the process on their own with me directly. They listened to my concerns and really tried to work with me...doing it on my directly with US Movers and it went off without any issues. NOT ONE WORD FROM SHAWN FREEMAN since Thursday, June 7th and I had to finish setting up the move myself. I certainly hope they do not get a commission because I did it myself and finished the process on my own with any communication from Shawn Freeman @ ProMasters!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. I will also be writing a review to BBB as well!! People spend ALOT of money on moves and to not have them do their job start to finish is BS!!!! On top of it he was off by estimating the correct number of boxes by almost 125!!! He certainly does not know his job!!

When I got the order to relocate, I had just 2 weeks to make the move. I never expected I would get my entire family relocated without a glitch. Promaster Movers was ready with the right equipment, personnel and especially courtesy. I was given a quote within 24 hours and knew I had the right company because they were able to research competitive bids immediately. Price was an option but I was pleasantly surprised at how professional my moving team was. I will use this resource again and again if I need to.
