Alex and his crew were very helpful during this stressful process. Last minute I found out I was moving to Tennessee and John assured me a quick pick up. Overall I was extremely satisfied with 24/7 logistic services and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mover. God bless!

Not sure where to start with this miserable experience. Started off with scheduling to be at our house at 9 AM. They called and said they were running a little bit late. They showed up at 6 PM with two people to start packing a 5500 square ft house with a 4500 square foot basement. They packed until 10 PM when we said we need to get ready to wind down for the night. They requested starting at 5 AM because they were behind, we said okay and met them at 5 AM. Two guys once again (one left for 3 hours to get more packing supplies adding an additional $1,200 in cost to move) and we left the house at 10 PM. Day 3 we started at 7 AM and finished at 10 PM. I asked what time do we need to start to finish by noon on day 4, he told me 7 AM as they will have two more guys to help. We started at 7 am and did not finish until 12;30 AM! HE WAS OFF OVER 12 HOURS. Next issue was we were told all our belongings would fit in one trailer and was quoted $17,800 for the move from Pittsburgh, PA to Phoenix, AZ. Almost immediately the foreman tells us we have 1000 cubic feet to much and will need to pay $7,000 for another truck. I said not happening and was told I had to purge 1000 cubic feet. We scrambled and call people we know may need dressers, beds, couches etc. We purge a 1000 cubic feet and I'm promised everything else will fit. At midnight I still have 2 car garage full of stuff that I'm informed won't fit. I'm closing at noon that day and have to inform new buyer I'm not totally out and beg for more time. We close at noon and have until 5 PM to get out. We go rent a U Haul and pack it full and drop it off at a friends house. We then hire a driver to get it out to AZ ($3,800 additional cost). Our household goods didn't arrive for 2 weeks forcing us to rent a VRBO to live. Now in fairness to them in their contract they have 21 days but we were told at contract signing it would be 5 days. On the delivery side it was much smoother as the company showed up with 5 guys and really hustled and did a great job. I couldn't believe it was the same company! Well it wasn't. After talking with the lead guy I found out 24/7 farmed this out to North American van lines. I really wish I had them for the whole trip. I have moved 8 times for corporations and all have gone fairly smooth until this one with 24/7. Even though our move that was quoted at $17,800 swelled to $22,800, I don't want any money back or freebies, I just want other consumers to be aware of this company and it's practices. Now I'm sure the company will try to spin they are good and we are bad because this will hurt their business. I suggest they clean up their act and serve the customer vs. trying to cover their butts.

I recently had to arrange for a complicated move with 1 stop at pick up and more than 1 drop off. I called to get a quote and Bill the guy who was helping me was so friendly and assured me that they would be able to handle my move without a problem. The rate we got from 24/7 Logistic Services movers was significantly more reasonable than competitors for the job I was trying to accomplish. The move was scheduled for the morning (no time actually specified) and I was kind of waiting around hoping they'd call at 8ish, but they actually called when they were about 45 minutes away and arrived closer to 10. Waiting for a call was the worst part, but that was more due to my own moving stress. Once they arrived, in walk these three super tall, skinny guys. They were so incredibly nice and professional, and relieved so much of the moving stress I had. They also made moving one of my items - a gun safe tall heavy as F - look super easy. Two guys easily rolled it out of my house. They were very polite and careful with my belongings. At delivery there were another crew who also did not let the company down. They unloaded things to each designated drop off location. I ordered some food for them but they were done before it was delivered to the last drop off location. Will definitely give 24/7 Logistic Services a call for the next move and will highly recommend them to anyone who needs help moving across the country.

We had a wonderful moving experience with this company from Denver Colorado to Fort Lauderdale Florida. These guys are purely professional and did a great job for us with only one small hiccup at pick up bring a couple hours late due to rain at the earlier job. We paid a little more than we wanted to pay but the service And value were definitely worth it. I would recommend them to anybody as I have already recommended them to friends who are moving in the spring.

24/7 Logistics Service made my moving experience so easy. They arrived on time as we agreed and immediately got to work! They handled everything carefully and were very polite and professional. The entire move took only 4 hours and for my first moving experience, I will definitely have to use them again for anything in the future.

The team showed up undoubtedly on time and worked fast to get everything packed up, moved and off-load into my new place. When it was all said and done, nothing was cracked or broken and the good thing is they finished half-hour sooner than their estimated time. They are the best in Hollywood, FL. Gracias!

I'm the first appointment in the morning. They arrived on time and worked very efficiently. Crew even helped me disassemble and reassemble our couch (huge help). They have all the tools to work with the furniture, if needed. Thank you 24/7 Logistic Services! Best in Hollywood!

The movers arrived on time, giving me 30 minutes to be ready before they arrived. They were very helpful with moving some items of furniture which was quite heavy, they worked as a team and ensured they carried the furniture with no issue. The movers were very efficient in moving my furniture and packing and unpacking the truck and upon arrival to the new address, we're happy to pack the furniture where I indicated.

I've used 24/7 Logistic Services multiple times in the span of more than a year. Kind, efficient and always offer fair pricing. They take care of all your belongings in a systematic way. They also seem to run a good company because I see the same guys over and over. Many moving companies have high turnover. I will continue to use them and recommend them! Thank you!

24/7 Logistic Service crew was awesome! Hired them last year to move a lot of our stuff into storage, and back again just now. No damaged items! I was especially concerned about our old baby grand piano, but there wasn't a scratch on it. Very pleasant people to deal with and the end bill came in a bit higher than the estimate, but I was really satisfied with the service and did not hesitate to pay extra. I highly recommend them as movers, and will hire them again if we ever move again!

I've moved 5 times prior to this move from California to Virginia. Of all the moving companies, this was the worst by far. Not only can I not recommend their services, I will never use them again. They are focused on making profits at the expense of the customer. -My items were delivered 26 days after the scheduled delivery date. -My items were picked up 4 days after they were supposed to have arrived at my new residence. -24/7 subcontracts the move and has limited oversight and poor communication with the subcontractors. -I was given a delivery date three different times. The day before delivery I would call to confirm drop off time. I was often told we don't know or we can't get in touch with the dispatcher. The items wouldn't arrive on the scheduled day and I'd start the process over again. -24/7 is reactive instead of proactive and has little follow through. If you don't constantly call and keep on top of the move, you will never hear from them. -Items were moved multiple times from multiple vehicles. My one bedroom apartment was loaded onto a moving truck, transferred to storage, transferred to an 18 wheeler, transferred back to a moving truck and finally delivered. The transfer from an 18 Wheeler to a moving truck was their discretion but cost me an additional $450.00. -The items do not take a direct route. The truck came from Virgina to Cali, then to Florida, then Georgia, then Virginia. -A box that was not part of my shipment was delivered with my items. They did not check the shipping manifest when they delivered the items. -If I had not called to advise that the incorrect box was delivered, no one but the box's owner would know or care. It took a week of calling daily to get a date scheduled for the box to be picked up. One the date scheduled, no one came. Bottom line: You can expect your items to be delivered well beyond their scheduled delivery date. You can expect little to no communication concerning when they will arrive and to not take a direct route to get to you. You can expect your items to be moved several times after they leave your residence and you might be missing a box. The company will take little to no care to ensure it gets back to you.

I had an excellent experience with 24/7 Logistic Services. I would highly recommend contracting them out for your move if you are moving out of state. We moved from Florida back to Michigan and they were a perfect fit for what we were looking for. Their customer service team was helpful and nice throughout the process. No complaints and glad we found them.

Great company to work with on all aspects of my move. They were thoughtful and courteous throughout the entire process. We had a lot of things to move with our 5 bedroom house but they were very careful and moved everything without any issues. Very thankful to have found them. We looked at several companies before hand. They were one of the most competitive quotes but no competition for quality. Great company to work with. They helped us move from the city in Boston to VA in the countryside. We did our research and found 24/7 Logistic Services to be the best option from a price and service standpoint. Everything went as planned and we were very satisfied with the quality of care. I even got to take my wife and kids on a mini vacation because it was planned so well. We were worried about most of the stress of moving but we felt comfortable though the process and were well informed of how everything works. Very thankful to the movers and staff that helped. I highly recommend using 24/7 Logistic Services for your long distance move. We recently left California for Tampa, Florida and it was a big move to say the least. As we are retired now, we have researched most of the popular moving companies and decided to use 24/7. To say the least, we were very satisfied with our move. Our entire family would like to thank you for assisting the biggest move of our life. We were stressed and feeling like we were going to run into some kind of craziness during the process but it couldn't have gone better in our opinion. To start off, I want to thank the entire 24/7 Logistic Services team for helping us to make our out of state move happen throughout all of the madness. Our journey started in NYC and as you can imagine everything is difficult right now. They made it seem like they have completed this same move 1,000 times and made us feel very comfortable we were in good hands during the pickup. When we finally made it to our new countryside home in the suburbs of Atlanta, our stuff was delivered right on time as expected with the same great crew that helped us at the other point. Our stuff was safe and secure as nothing was lost or broken. We were very thankful to the great communication from customer service to keep us in the loop during the process. Best moving company around in my opinion.

This is absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked with. If you are considering them just RUN AWAY! They are unresponsive, rude and not only delivered way past their slick sales "guaranteed time" they left the items dumped without assembling (part of what I paid for) Mostly becasue the final delivery movers came in a rental truck that broke down and they had no clue what to do...schlocky, unprofessional a big scam.

Awesome move from pick up to delivery, these guys go above and beyond! I took up less space on the truck then estimated by my sales rep, it was reflected on my final payment which was a real nice surprise! Great moving company. The entire team at the office and the movers were very helpful with the entire process. Highly recommended to any of my family or friends. I wish I could give negative stars. 24/7 Logistic Services are the worst movers I have ever used. Initially spoke with Edward Elia who assured me he would be my point person for the whole move, but as soon as I'd signed the paper work, he became unreachable. I then had to negotiate with Elizabeth who at best was far from helpful and at worst was outright rude, at one point telling me to "calm down", when I asked if we were to expect any moving delays due to the evolving pandemic situation (April 2020). They damaged so many of our belongings due to their poor packing. They packed wine glasses at the bottom of boxes of plates (no wonder they broke), completely destroyed my record player by not wrapping it at all, and threw my guitar into a box without its case. On top of this, they failed to quote me accurately despite doing a video walk through with Edward, the price jumping by an additional $2k when they had packed our belongings. I could go on and on about the miscommunications and the huge headache these movers were. I would highly recommend you use any other company over this one.

They were REALLY HELPFUL on the phone, prompt in getting me a very reasonable price quote for moving my belongings into storage while my apartment was undergoing repairs, and accommodated me courteously when I had to change my moving date. Recommended.

The guys securely wrapped all the furniture and tv's. I have antiques they took extra care protecting and treated very cautiously. They set things up and moved them where I wanted them. I would definitely use this teams again for our future moves. A job well done.

Great positive attitude throughout the entire move. I was also offered a ride in the front of the truck when we headed to my new apartment since I am a biker with no car. That was a pretty cool experience being so high up there!

This company was a perfect choice when it came time for us to move. They were on time, prepared, professional and kind. Our crew was GREAT! They were very professional and worked very fast. They also made sure to wrap all furniture in plastic wrap to make sure it was protected. We were extremely impressed with the service and professionalism that they provided. We for sure will be calling them again if ever needed. It is totally worth any of the money!

We moved from FL to NYC about a year and we're not happy with the experience from that company. 24/7 Logistic was the totally opposite of that past experience. These guys were on time, NO EXTRA COST, professional and everything made it in a single move. I will definitely be using them again.

Everything went as smooth as can be expected from the initial call to the day-of. Our guys showed up on time, they were pretty careful with everything and were very fast. I mean they have moving down to a science with shrink wrap, multiple dollys and all sorts of stuff.
