I hired them for my move from NY to FL. Should be simple right? Straight down 95? Nope. Howard in "dispatch" guaranteed me that they'll arrive on time, didn't happen. Howard said that my price will only change if I changed my order, which is understandable. I expected the price to change because I decided NOT to take my living room set. Well, when the truck finally arrived 3 days LATE, the movers said the price went UP?!?! I have 1,000lbs less furniture and the price went up?!? I called High Priority and asked why this was happening and they explained that the company they hired to move me (bc they're a broker, not a real moving company) has their own prices and High Priority only gives estimates. So I have to pay more money to move less furniture. I feel scammed and Howard said there's nothing he can do, despite being the "Dispatch Manager". WTF does that even mean "dispatch manager"?? You don't dispatch anything bc you have no trucks. What are you managing? You can't even give a real estimate to move me. Oh and most of my stuff arrived broken and their insurance is crap too. They'll cover something like 25 cents per pound of damaged furniture

Impressed thank you a lot. First time using a mover and it was a good one. use this company if you want a good 1st time experience. I was refered to Gary through Better Homes & Gardens of Las Olas Blvd. They seem to have a lot of respect there and using them only showed and proved.

I had a great ecperience and I would recommend Moving Mania to anyone who is considering a moving company. From start to finsh I was akways kept in the loop of every part of my move. The crew were very experienced I feel just by the way they were wrapping and handling the furniture I knew it was not their first time in the rodeo. I moved from Florida to Dallas Texas which is not an easy route but I always felt confident in where my things were because my calls were always answered. I recommend 10 out of 10!

The team were excellent. We had a lot of possessions to move including large pieces of furniture which had to be taken down and reassembled. The packing started 2 days before we moved. On the day the team worked really hard late into the evening to ensure that the job was done and all our furniture including the piano were in place. They were polite, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Underquoted us in the beginning. Final amount ended up being 3 times more than what was promised. Extremely unprofessional moving company was sent out to collect our stuff. The moving company demanded we pay them in cash. They hired temp workers that looked like they could have just wandered in from the street. All they did was rent a Penske truck and slap their logo on it. For the service I recieved I literally could have rented a truck and done all of it myself and saved THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of dollars. Please tell anyone you know to steer clear! I wasn't able to type my full experience in here because of the character limit, but the whole thing was a huge scam. I was very very surprised that we ended up getting our stuff delivered in the end. Since the day before our move Priceline refuses to answer my phonecalls. They have their money now. Stay away!!!!

If I could rate negative stars I would. Used this company for a California to South Carolina move. When I needed my items it took nearly a month to receive them. Once I recieved my shipment. Multiple large items were missing. These were items like a lazy boy, large table, king size mattress and a few other smaller items. On Sept 14th I called to report the missing items. I was told when a shipment came my way they would deliver them items they held hostage. It took me having to get a lawyer involved. It was a miracle worker because within a week I had my items delivered on December 22nd. Every single item was delivered damage beyond repair. There were about 10000 work of damages and I received a ridiculous check for less than $200. DO NOT EVER EVER EVER USE MAP MOVING AND STORAGE THEY ARE CROOKS AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

This was my first time moving and to say the least I was very nervous about making the move across the country. I wanted a moving company that would be cautious with my valuable, and worked for a reputable company. Forward van lines was just that. They look very good care of my things. My family and I were moving to Chicago, IL from Miami, FL. It was a great overall experience. The movers were helpful, and careful, and certainly went the extra mile.

The movers did an excellent job packing up and moving my 1 bedroom apartment across town. They were early, worked hard, and were cordial through the whole trek. I highly recommend them to anyone else for a similar move.

FABULOUS JOB!!! Inventory specialist was extremely accurate with my 5 bedroom house. This is my 3rd state to state move and the FIRST TIME I actually got a credit back on my final payment. Very efficient and polite service. The movers were friendly and understanding of our needs. My husband is disabled and uses a motorized wheelchair and the movers were patient and accommodating of his needs and concerns. We will recommend this company to others, especially for people with elderly or disabled family members.
