I just moved twice using your company and I was very pleased with the service. The guys were great professionals and my sales rep Erie was such a help through out my move. I moved 6 years ago with another mover but they were brokers and it cost me more at the end and I got my items 5 weeks later. I went through drama the first time I moved so this is why I'm writing a review for you guys it's well deserved

They are very professional and didnt decline any request made and always gave me notice of any property that had already a defect or had been damaged. By the end of the process, everything we had was put in the proper place. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

Moving can be quite stressful. They were completely put us at ease. Their arrival time was set to be between 8:00-8:30am and they arrived right at 8:00, which was great! They were professional light hearted and honest. Truly am grateful to know that I've found a mover I can trust in the future.

The office staff was helpful, the movers were kind, respectful, careful, and open to last minute changes. They were very efficient, courteous, and exceeded our expectations. We had a very rainy day for our move. But these guys stayed positive all day From start to end the moving team made my life easy! These guys were inexpensive, professional and friendly! All fees were explained up front and there were no surprises with the final bill. They were so thorough and I was hugely impressed by the speed with which they work.

I was unsure of my move date and explained the situation to them and they were very accommodating. I ended up having to change my move date and there were no issues at all. The estimate we received was one of the lowest and there were no surprises.

Very professional from first contact to completion. They were nice, honest, courteous of my apartment and belongings, and made the move painless. Nothing was damaged and the move was as easy as it can be. Once we got to my new place, everything was moved to where I wanted it. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The office staff was helpful, informative and very pleasant to deal with. On the morning of the move, the movers arrived promptly and very efficiently loaded the truck. My move included numerous stairs and obstacles at both locations and they took great care in ensuring that both my furniture and my house were not damaged in the process.

We recently moved my old mother from her condo into an apartment. Beginning with the first phone call, to obtain basic information, was very helpful. They were careful with all her belongings and even helped with a few things that they didn't have to help with. There was absolutely no damage to any of her belongings, which she very much appreciated.

They arrived ahead of scheduled time and were very prepared. They took great care to ensure my furniture was handled carefully and that was not easy due to the size of some of my furniture. They were friendly, polite, and I have never seen a team work so hard. I had the same experience on Tuesday when they unloaded my furniture.

Upon arriving the drivers were professional, caring and was attentive to my needs and concerns! They let us be in control of our move, instead of feeling like we had to conform to their rules. I hate moving. Stress is my middle name. But they really do a great job with everything the home, the furniture, boxes and floors. They called me to confirm the appointment as well as what I needed. I'm very happy with my choice to pick Flugship Van Lines for my move. They moved our 4 bedroom house in record time. The guys wrapped up all the furniture with blankets, plastic wrap and tape very well then layer floor protection at both homes. and that they show up with what we needed. I had nice interactions with the woman on the phone and they made everything easy and convenient. Informed me of the possibility of an earlier arrival time, which was great. They went to work promptly upon arrival. Additionally, they protected my furniture so that it wouldn't get damaged in the moving process. They worked diligently to empty my home and get me into my new one, taking care of everything with expertise!

When I recently moved I ran into a small problem with the movers that I had arranged and they fell through. It was the 1st, noon and every place I called was booked. After the panic subsided, I luckily stumbled upon Flagship Van Lines and thank god. I was concerned at first because they were a little pricy but they had movers there within the hour and when it was all said and done it was worth every penny. Thank you so much The guys wrapped everything in pads and shrink wrap, boxed up anything that was loose. They were really nice, worked hard and got the job done well.

The guys were all so nice and friendly and they did the job quickly and professionally. They ended up finishing before the 2 hour minimum and saved me a ton of money. one thing I would suggest, is to have your stuff all packed up and ready to go. I even had my own mattress bags and plastic wrap, with lots of my furniture already wrapped. It helped to make the move go quicker, and therefore be cheaper.

I was happy with the move. The move went from about 9 AM from the first house to about 2 PM to the new house. These guys really did not take any break during the loading and unloading. A lot people talk that the moving industry companies are bad but I guess I just found a really good company. They kept their word on a few things. One, they were on time and also called me several times to make sure I was prepared for the arrival times. Two, all my items arrived without problems or damage. I'm very happy! When I had the opportunity to move from my dad's house to my own apartment, I was so happy! But I did not want to take money from my dad. And the payment for the apartment took away almost all of my savings. And I have too many heavy things to do it myself. My friend helped me a lot, he did research and found this wonderful company! I had to make a quick and at last minute move, because insects attacked my apartment. I didn't have money, and I had no idea that I have to do. My coworker saved me, he moved several month ago. And secondly I didn't have any issues with there workers, they were friendly and did there job well. I find myself smiling every time I think of these movers.

The best move ever! I have moved a number of times and I can honestly award Flagship as the best mover! It's a first company in my life which not only does a professional job but also provide financial aid. Their option "finance your move" is really convenient service. Moreover they showed up on right time and immediately started their procedure. These guys worked at prompt pace, they wrapped all of our belongings. They never stopped until they were done. I sought their services few weeks ago, and I enjoyed the experience. As opposed to most discouraging relocation experiences, this one was well organised and undoubtedly encouraging. The movers were well organized throughout the process. We had no issues at all except over one broken stool. The guys wanted to compensate for it, but I objected because they had excellently protected my valuables. This is a company I will recommend to others.

Deep inside me, I was so much troubled. But the follow ups by the staff in the days leading up to the move removed any anxiety I had in hiring those company. They answered all my questions, kept me informed of all the movements of my crew, like the time of their arrival and so on. I am a cautious person when it comes to having unknown people in my personal space, but with this company, there were no awkward feelings or wariness. And even when I left them and they were still able to produce diligent and excellent results. The delivery was made on time and honestly I have nothing to complain about. I got 7 different quotes from all the big movers but chose this company in the end because: a. Price. My quote came in right in between the low price and high. b. Service.The movers were so respectful to me, my furniture and my house.They asked all the right questions and took the time to answer mine. Also they picked up debris from the house and the driveway.

I recently hired Flagship van lines. This is my second move and they were there to help me every step of the way. They also packed up my stuff safely, and delivered it to my new apartment without any trouble at all. Actually the final bill was 20 more, but the team was so nice and courteous, and did the work really fast.

The company was fair and helpful, and the movers were nice! The price I was quoted is what I paid, no surprises. And even though one piece of our furniture broke during the move, this company was very concerned and immediately reported the incident. They offered repair or their equivalent value. I have no regrets I chose repair. They did it in a timely manner and all looks great!

I needed to find movers to help move my sister. I was going to do the move myself, but just did not have enough time. I decided to give these guys a shot and they were more than accommodating for all of our moving needs. These guys arrived on time, packed everything neatly and got all belongings to her new place safely. I made sure I looked through all of her things to make sure everything was in the same condition. I called to Flagship van lines to get a price quote on move. And I have to say the prices were very reasonable, but what sold me was the professional way they handled my call. They were fast and professional the entire time I worked with them. My crew showed up on time. And very impressive was that they wrapped all of our belongings despite some items were really not necessary to be wrapped but they did it.

These guys are great. I must tell you that my crew was awesome! They worked from 9 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. These guys should have been exhausted but they never stopped.
