Unfortunately, I had an extremely different experience than the seemingly other fake reviews. Broken furniture, horrific communication, overcharged and didn't show up when I finally connected with the driver. One short example but I could provide many... I had a spot reserved for the truck on the day the drive said they would arrive, they didn't show, came the next day and charged me an additional $175 for long carry (the truck ended up right in front of my place). I paid the fee even though it should have been $75 at worst, the driver was going to just hold my stuff hostage. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Movers from this company were by far I have ever dealt with. They didn't need to be directed or told anything much, they surely were very experienced in what they do -move. I'm totally satisfied with both the price and quality and will recommend this service to my friends.

What a devoted company! They are dedicated to great service and did great work from start to finish. I would like to recommend 24-7 Van Lines as a 5-star moving company. I moved from Los Angeles to my new job in Phoenix, AZ. My belongings arrived within a reasonable time frame, and Ignacio the driver was very nice when he got to my new place. Thanks, 24-7 Van Lines!

I'm a couple of months late on my survey, yet despite everything I needed to share this experience. The movers, Tip and Art, were fast, proficient, and cautious. Not a solitary thing was harmed, despite the fact that the climate was horrendous amid the three hours it took to finish my turn (frosty and stormy). I'm so happy they wrapped my furniture and secured everything on the truck! What a staggering special reward without the additional expense! Besides, they were more than pleasing to the uncommon circumstances encompassing my turn, i.e. different area drops and pick ups. I was more than fulfilled and even inspired with their effectiveness. I will utilize Black Tie Moving later on!

Did miss a couple of items left behind in a closet. Could have done a better job of covering floors - especially between elevator and apartment (which was required). Fair to OK in flooring coverage in apartment but could have been better coverage in carpeted rooms.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! In 2019 this company moved me and stored my things in their so-called warehouse overnight, which I paid $120 plus for, because they moved me out one day and was supposed to move me in the next day - that's how we scheduled it. One of my large, specially marked boxes with over $7000 of brand new, never worn designer label clothes was stolen from their truck overnight in their locked warehouse. I know damn well this was an inside job and my things were stolen by one of their workers and when I called the owner, Mike, multiple times to complain and ask him to investigate the theft, he was highly dismissive of me telling me my box "probably got taken to the dump site!" He claimed they didn't even have a camera system to monitor the truck where consumer's things are stored. I intend to pursue this matter legally!

Please do not use this company. They were my worst nightmare. I hired Pure Moving Systems because I thought I was hiring another legitimate moving company whose name they have recently taken. Three scary looking guys showed up, I was afraid and told my daughter to hide in her room and be ready to call 911. They raised the price on a binding quote, after loading all my things into their U-haul. I shipped tax returns and the next day my identity was stolen by someone 13 miles from their office (I lived 600 miles away). They demanded cash for everything. Half of my stuff was missing, and they broke all of my lamps, my vacuum and my Pilates Reformer, which they left in a pile in my garage. I asked if they were planning to dump it and they said that would cost extra. Pure Moving Systems charged nearly twice as much as was quoted (in a binding quote). They were absolutely abusive the whole way through. They refused to talk to the police about the identity theft, and hung up on him and then when he called back, they transferred him to an extension that just rang and rang. So in summary, Pure Moving Systems broke or "lost" half of my stuff, charged me double and abused me, the police, my banker and my lawyer along the way. Please save yourself the major stress and financial loss and do not use Pure Moving Systems. The story is much longer but I am so tired of talking about it, I just want to move on but I also don't want anyone else to go through the pain of working with Pure Moving Systems. By the way, they used to be Apple Van Lines, so you can see more negative reviews by Googling that company if you are not convinced by these reviews for Pure Moving Systems.

From the first call I had a great experience with these guys. They were fair in their pricing, respectful, and punctual. They made the experience pleasant and easy. I recommend hiring them.
