BEWARE when having them move expensive items!! I scheduled them on my escrow closing day for the hourly price at $170 an hour through text message with NO MENTION OF A CONTRACT. No way was I able to read it all or not sign it simply because I needed to be out that day. To make a long story short they damaged my refrigerator and only paid me $.60 a pound for it. A total of $180. Dealing with them was the MOST STRESSFUL part of moving.

My move was fairly straight forward. Local PU with a couple month storage then the delivery. Contacted Tim for the move and we had a pretty lengthy conversation on what we were moving and were we were going. He sent over a form, which we meticulously filled out, then had a another call to go over each item. Just filling out the form was odd for us, Tim never stopped by to visualize what was to be moved like the other moving companies had when they gave us their quotes. Told us it would take one day to completely get us out of our home (we had a two story) I was shocked but hey, they are the movers. On moving day Tim and the crew were hours late, didn't have enough people and the moving van was WAY smaller than what was needed, making it impossible to get move done in the time allotted. this all could of been avoided if Tim would of put eyes on what was to be moved instead of relying on a document. They showed up the next day even later than the day before and even smaller crew telling us it would only take a couple hours. Eight hours, just past midnight they were wrapping up. During the move Tim pulled us aside stating that thy miscalculated the storage and it would be a couple hundred dollars more, again could of been avoided. We even downsized 1/3 buy selling everything that we felt would not go into a new build. Nothing was added to the move and as a matter of fact was way less than what was on the document. So some things I need to mention here because it plays a factor as this BS continues. During this two day move fest Tim made it a point to tell us (numerous times) several stories on how his teams messed up a couple moves and now he has to pay out of pocket bla bla bla. He has a pretty good sob story to the point we felt bad for the guy. Well the day come for the move into our new home and most of our furniture is damaged. A dresser had an "X" carved into the top, An antique family heirloom table center support had been broken, custom farm table frame had chunks broken away, a secretaries desk damaged.... very disheartening. So as per contract, we notified Tim prior to the 30 days. Now something that you have to be aware of, his contract says you can go on his page to file a claim yet when I went on his page there is no where to file. This should be a warning flag. When I asked him to provide the insurance information for a claim, Tim stated that he already filed the claim on our behalf, which again was odd because if he did, what did he file on the claim? where did the check go to? If this is accurate, and I can see how legal it is, Tim just got paid AGAIN for the damage he had done to my furniture and BTW, that is insurance fraud. What he told us was, the check was in the mail... I can go on, but to cut this short(er), we were told by Tim that since we were no longer clients he did not have to worry about us. Soooo litigation he we come. The guy talks, and tells good stories. Even told us that he fired his crew for the damaged they d
