Moving business is very competitive. Most moving companies are really improving their games in order to keep up. I recently hired United Transportation Moving to handle my relocation and I was absolutely surprised seeing how efficient and professional these guys are! From their timing to their skills, everything was top notch. It took the movers such a small time to finish loading everything from my 4 bedroom house. Not even a glass was delivered broken! The fierce competition also meant a low quote for me. It really is a movers market these days!

United Transportation is a moving company with very high standards. I had hint about their quality when I first called them and the man on the phone sounded so experienced. He called me back with an amazing quote. Everything went smoothly from there on. The movers were all very enthusiastic and efficient. They finished the job so fast without taking any breaks. Each of my valuables was moved without even a slight scratch on them. I can blindly rely on this amazing moving company.

I am totally broken hearted. You moved us through Long Distance Movers from Ogden, Utah to Debary Florida You lost some very important stuff of mine. somewhere someone has my belongings. I had Doterra iols, A treasure chest, healing stones, kitchen stuff, bathroom stuff, a Christmas village, and you lost the side rails to our bed. We had to buy a new bed as they did not sell replacement parts. I had a hand made box with my name on it made by my daughter that is priceless to me. I cannot believe that this company is in business. I would give my right arm to have my stuff back that I am sure you could care less about. What did come came broken, my desk, the chain guard on my bike, A hole punched in the headboard, damage to 2 dressers, if I could add pictures I would. I am looking into filing a claim, calling the BBB and the attorney General. I believed what I was told that you cared, that my stuff would be handled with care. I WILL NOT RECOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. I would love for you to find all the stops the trucker made and send me it back at your cost since you lost it.

Horrible company, movers sucked and the truck was very dirty also a lady name carmen lies through her teeth I read reviews before using Compant but from the look of things she PAYS for GOOD reviews! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The comment below was absolutely rite, i did review for carmen 2 weeks ago she had many excuses about payment kept saying she qould send payment but never did!!! Please beware of this ffake company!!!

Please beware of this company, it's this lady named carmen shes a compulsive liar she have people post reviews and then never pays them also all these reviews on this site are fake as well as there other site! Do not trust!

I move every few months due to my job making me hate moving. Not in this case though.
I was surprised how this company provided good service The movers were very fast and extremely hardworking. They had no problem moving big bulky or fragile belongings.
Definitely will use this moving company in the future again.

Question“Country music scholar Bill Malone has gone so far as to say that trucking songs account for the largest component of work songs in the country music catalog. For a style of music that has, since its commercial inception in the 1920s, drawn attention to the coal man, the steel drivin’ man, the railroad worker, and the cowboy, this certainly speaks volumes about the cultural attraction of the trucker in the American popular consciousness.” — Shane Hamilton

QuestionIn 1978 Sylvester Stallone starred in the film "F.I.S.T.". The story islooselybased on the 'Teamsters Union'. This union is a labor union which includes truck drivers as well as its then president, Jimmy Hoffa.

QuestionThe Federal Bridge Law handles relations between the gross weight of the truck, the number of axles, and the spacing between them. This is how they determine is the truck can be on the Interstate Highway system. Each state gets to decide themaximum, under the Federal Bridge Law. They determine by vehicle in combination with axle weight on state and local roads

QuestionThe moving industry in the United States was deregulated with the Household Goods Transportation Act of 1980. This act allowed interstate movers to issue binding or fixed estimates for the first time. Doing so opened the door to hundreds of new moving companies to enter the industry. This led to an increase in competition and soon movers were no longer competing on services but on price. As competition drove prices lower and decreased what were already slim profit margins, "rogue" movers began hijacking personal property as part of a new scam. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) enforces Federal consumer protection regulations related to the interstate shipment of household goods (i.e., household moves that cross State lines). FMCSA has held this responsibility since 1999, and the Department of Transportation has held this responsibility since 1995 (the Interstate Commerce Commission held this authority prior to its termination in 1995).

QuestionA Ministry of Transport (or) Transportationis responsible fortransportation within a country. Administration usually falls upon the Minister for Transport. The term may alsobe appliedto the departments or other government agencies administering transport in a nation who do not use ministers. There are various and vast responsibilities for agencies to oversee such as road safety. Others may include civil aviation, maritime transport, rail transport and so on. They continue to develop government transportation policy and organize public transit. All while trying to maintain and construct infrastructural projects. Some ministries haveadditionalresponsibilities in related policy areas as mentioned above.
