This is the WORST company I've ever used. NEVER hire them and don't even consider. They are scam artists. The original quote was less than $1000 but ended up with nearly $3000. 90% of my stuff were packed by myself but they said they don't move stuff which are not boxed even clothes in the plastic bag. So they suggested packing service. They charged the items even they were already boxed. They never came by to my house beforehand to make an estimate. They packed and loaded stuff, and then the guy asked me to sign on the ridiculously expensive work order paper. If you would get a quote from the top-level famous moving companies like United Van Lines, that will be definitely cheaper than New Beginnings Relocation. Regular movers can do the same job less than half the price. I told the manager that I will use them again if they can give me a good discount because apparently it's over-priced. The manager very reluctantly gave me only $300 discount. That's still a lot higher than other moving companies. I suggested even $2000 is over-priced but they chose taking instant money from me. Potential customers will read my review. I told that but the manager can't think smart. When they unload my stuff, they broke my glass table. I asked them to make sure that's covered by insurance. The insurance covers $0.60 per pound so that would be up to $11,000. But they said they can reimburse only a few dollars because the weight of that particular package is only several pounds. What a scam. If they broke my laptop computer, they would reimburse only $4!!! TV would be $10. They responded e-mails and phones promptly until I signed the agreement. Then whenever I called the number, they didn't call back until the next day after I called several times. Unless you want to ship garbage, don't even think about this company. If possible, I want to give them negative number of ratings.

Very pleased with my movers. NBR helped relocate from WA to CA on Feb 6,2018. Kaila was my sales Rep and she quoted me $1350. On the day of the pick I did have extra items which increased my pricing however the guy on the job discounted most of the packing materials I needed. Overall I am very thankful for them and would recommend them to anyone!

The movers from New beginnings came on time on the moving day. But it was raining and it made their job much harder. They had to take extra measures to safeguard my furniture. They wrapped the furniture and loaded into the truck very carefully. They made a makeshift walkway in front of my doorway to the truck using tarp. My household items were delivered in the time frame they outlined with no damage. I have to take my hat off to them for battling the weather and still managing to do such a superb job. I would be happy to recommend them.

I have referred several friends to NBR after my hassle free experience. They were by far the most professional, punctual, and reliable company for the best prices. They were readily available to answer all of my questions and very considerate of my wants and needs. They definitely went out of their way to make my moving experience as comfortable and stress free as possible. All my items were delivered without anything getting lost or damaged and that is a true testament to the efficiency levels of this fabulous company.

New beginnings was extremely professional and easy to use. They took care of everything and made us feel at ease during the entire process. The team that arrived for our job was extremely personable and friendly and treated us and our belongings with care and respect. They even provided us with status updates along the way to give us a peace of mind. The transition was pain-free which we really appreciated.

I cannot emphasize enough on how good the movers from New beginnings relocation were during my last move. It was so easy getting a quote from them in the first place. On top of that, the customer service was very quick to return with a fabulous quote. The movers were just too good. They showed up on time with all the proper tools. They immaculately packed everything. Then the loading process went very smoothly as well. Even they delivered everything on time. I have gained so much respect for these amazing movers over the course of this move.

If I ever need to move again which is probably not soon, I shall hire NBR in a heartbeat! The way have moved me last month was unbelievable! I did not need to do a thing! I did not need to worry! And I did not need to think! They had me covered. They are so expert in this field that they even gave me suggestions on how I should decorate the new place. They are multi-talented. By the way I did not find any damages on my belongings. They did a great job and that is why I will always hire them in a second!

The moving team who came to help very neatly moved me! They did not leave anything behind nor did they make a mess while bringing in the furniture. The floors were safely protected and they even cleaned the floors after their work was done! They really do care! I will always use them and I shall recommend them to all!

Moving with New beginnings relocation was a very good idea. A big thank you goes to their sales rep who gave me a good deal and sent a very efficient crew to move me. The moving crew came on time and finished the packing and loading in just 6 hours. They did not waste any time at all and they never took any breaks. The moved everything with a lot of care and due to that, my things was delivered intact! There were no damages at all! Their price is right and so is their service. I will hire them again and I will recommend them to all!

I really have to say that New beginnings relocation moved me beautifully a few weeks ago. They came in, worked like machines and drove off. On the scheduled date everything was delivered back to me in one piece and I could not find any problems with my things. It was perfectly returned and not even one scratch on anything! These people are very skilled and experienced. Loved working with them! I usually do not write reviews, but this moving company definitely earned it. I will use them again and I will put in a good word for them!

I really enjoyed working with this moving company because I never had to worry at all. Their customer service was spot on. Whenever I had queries, they always responded immediately and fixed the issue. They always kept me updated about their locating and they always helped me whenever needed. New beginnings was the one who moved me recently and I must say that it was beautifully executed. They are the real deal! They moved me very quickly and smoothly. There were no damages, dents, scratches or accidents. It all turned out the way I wanted. Everything was very easy! Who knew long distance move was this smooth! I loved every bit of it! Recently I had a lovely experience with New beginnings relocation! They are straight forward and they will let you know everything regarding the fees. You will know how the price changes and you will get the chance to make sure you do not get surprised in the end. Their moving team is very experienced and professional. New beginnings is one of the best moving companies in town! They really do know how to please a client! They moved me a month ago without a single problem! Everything was nicely planned and executed. The moving boys came on time on the day of the move and moved my things with care. They made sure all my belongings were delivered damaged free. I really loved how they took care of the small things. No matter how big or small your things are, they take care of it! They will not let you down! I had a very successful move with them!

I would not recommend this mover to anyone. The estimate was VERY different from reality, to the tune of over $1000 difference, yes I had more boxes but sold several pieces of furniture, so I foolishly thought I would not be charged as much. According to Tom of course the price for boxes vs furniture added up to be more. My mattress was damaged and a fairly large gouge to a newer furniture piece. NO I didn't file a claim because according to their contract, it would take an act of God to get reimbursed for any damage. The movers themselves were OK, however, Korvin and Tom, well I'd rather not make a comment. I had to initially cancel my initial date but called a few days later to schedule another date and was charged $99, however, was never told this until Tom went over the paperwork. Also was a given a date for my move and then received a call that the day would change to a date that was impossible due to the close of escrow. I originally was told I could have expedited delivery, that didn't happen either, nor was I charged. Then my belongings came several days later than expected. OH WELL..will not need them again and would not recommend.

I am very lucky that I got New beginnings relocation. I randomly chose them from the list and got so damn lucky! They are the best moving company ever! They moved me recently and I do not have a single complaint. They were in and out in no time, they moved all my belongings with care and they managed to deliver everything on time and without any damages. It was very nicely handled! Not a single issue! I do not move much, but I will call these guys again if I ever decide to move. They are certainly they right people!

I hired them for my interstate move and they did a great job. I have a lot of sculptures and it had to be saved at any cost. I am happy to say that they moved it without any damages! Of course New beginnings relocation is worth hiring! I have never seen such an arming moving company in my whole life! They are quick, they are efficient, and they are professional. They moved me cross country last month and it went truly well. All my things were moved with care and no harm came to anything! Their sales rep was very nice to me and he also offered a very low and reasonable deal. The moving men were sweethearts! They listened to everything I said and did it all exactly how I wanted it! Does everyone give you an excellent communication even in late hours? Well new beginnings relocation does. Not only that, but they move you in a very different and good way. They were the ones who helped me with my long distance move last month and all I want to say is that it went perfectly well. I was moving from Washington to California. Service was fantastic with the salesman up until I paid my first deposit which is when the move turned into a sort of horror story. Their business model is extremely shady, they hire a bunch of randos from craigslist to pack your stuff and they will steal and mishandle your stuff, stay away! * My pick up date was so late we were done packing at 2:00AM * Estimates were doubled relative to what we agreed to, try arguing at 2:00AM while your whole life is their truck * Drop off was a week late so had to sleep on the floor without furniture * Before drop off, mover insisted on an extra fee or else refused to drop off my stuff * Did not assemble my stuff even though I had for that service * My TV and surround system were stolen. Was promised money back by the owner Josh but he's ghosted me after I've sent him more than 4 reminders * My car had tire marks all over it on arrival, no idea how they handled it * Moving truck ran into my neighbors motorcyle and then just fled the crime scene.

The long distance between my old house and the new city condo was my biggest concern during this move. But I have to say, New beginnings relocation took really good care of everything. The movers arrived on time. They were all very efficient and experienced. It took them just a few hours to finish loading everything onto the van. They packed everything very well earlier so my valuables could survive the long trip. They delivered right on the promised date. All of my valuables traveled excellently. I have gained a lot of admiration for these guys and well surely recommend them to everyone.

I hired New beginnings relocation last month and was absolutely gob smacked by their services. The customer service was very prompt and the quote was as good as any. The movers were very well trained. Their experience showed it the way they worked around my house. It took them almost no time to finish wrapping up my 3-bedroom house. I have rarely seen such efficient movers before. They made the delivery on the scheduled date and nothing was broken or damaged. You must hire them for your next move.

Our move last month was conducted very professionally by the amazing company that is New beginnings relocation. They gave me an estimate that couldn't be beaten by any other company. not only were they cheap, their movers were out of this world. They arrived 1 hour early. Who arrives an hour early these days? Their packing skills were very up to date and they used appropriate amount of packing materials. The delivery window was long and they did deliver 2 days late. But I forgive them for that because they sincerely apologized and my valuables were not damaged. Besides the weather wasn't helpful at all so I can't really blame these guys for the delay. It was quite a comfortable move overall and I recommend this company.

I should have hired New beginnings relocation in the first place. But in order to save some money, I hired a company who cancelled the appointment on the moving day. Luckily, they dispatched a crew for me who performed the move just perfectly. They delivered all my valuables in great condition within a very short time and there was no breakage. I am so grateful to this company and their amazing movers who worked tirelessly. In the end, their prices came so close to the quote that other company have me. People should stop trying to be over smart and just hire these fabulous movers in the first place- then sit back and let then do the heavy lifting for you.

This is my second time using New beginnings relocation and for both times they were awesome! From my last move, I have used their storage facility. It's such a worry free experience. The process of just having them move all my belongings with such care is unbelievable. From wrapping my furniture with blankets to then wrapping it with plastic wrap just assured me that my personal belongings will be taken care of. They made the delivery once I got things sorted and didn't need the storage anymore. I was glad to see all the things I had stored were in such good condition! I will gladly recommend this moving company to my friends and family. Thank you for making this supposedly stressful time a breeze.

I'd like to start off saying I called four places and the manager from New beginnings relocation called me back within the hour (while the others didn't call back at all). I had anxieties as this is my first time hiring movers and he assured me his guys were very experienced. I called on a Saturday and for an immediate move on Friday and had availability. Three guys, 1 truck with an all-inclusive price for 1b/1b 3rd story with stairs only pretty long distance away. The movers sent from the company were excellent! They were very personable, efficient and courteous. The foreman was very friendly and answered all my questions. They moved quick and completed the job very fast. No damages were made to anything! They were very professional and exceeded my expectations in everywhere. All in all I'm very happy and highly recommend these guys. Thank you so much guys!!

New beginnings relocation was our moving solution during our last move. They gave me a reasonable quote. On the day of moving they sent me 3 young men. All three of them were very capable and experienced. It took them very little time to pack and load all my belongings. I was surprised when they made the delivery on time and all my belongings arrived so well. This company is experienced, organized and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again if I move.

When I hired New beginnings relocation I was hoping to get a timely and damage free move. I knew what I was looking for is not something easy to get. I knew I had to hire the best company within my budget. So, i did my research. I checked the online rankings and called several companies. But after talking to the sales rep I did not waste my time to book them for my move. They did justice with my high expectations. Movers worked their heart out and the sales team played their part too. That is why I got a timely move which had no involvements with any hidden cost or anything broken or damaged or missing. I thank them for what they have done.

I hired this company last weekend to move from a 2-bedroom town-home to another 2 bedroom town home. They were EXCELLENT and I would hire them again any time. The movers from New beginnings relocation worked hard, wrapped everything before loading, disassembled and reassembled all furniture, and even though it took a few hours, they were pleasant and smiling the whole time. The delivery was made on time and there was no breakage anywhere- that just blew my mind because I have never heard of anyone who moved such long distance like me without losing or breaking any of their belongings. This must be because of this amazing moving company who helped me out at every step of the way. They had a great customer service too, we were so happy we hired them!

I moved with New beginnings and could not have been happier with how it all went. Starting with their manager who answered all my queries on the phone in real-time and made the process of booking super simple. We opted for three movers to speed along our 1 bed/1bath/1 den apartment move out and it was a good choice. They were done loading up in record amount of time, including dismantling an annoying IKEA L-shaped sofa. They were super-fast but also careful and the way they packed was with precision! When we arrived at the new place, the guys were prompt to start unloading up the one flight of stairs and when they put the sofa back together I asked if they could fix the covers that were incorrectly installed and they did! Cherry on top. Overall the move was faster and less stressful than expected. Nothing was broken or damaged. I have zero complaints. Thanks guys!

There really isn't anything negative to say about New beginnings relocation. The foreman and his men handled everything with extreme care. There wasn't a single item that was too much. And they even helped us rearrange half the furniture when we arrived at our new home. His team was particularly expert in the handling of a giant marble slab, and 7Ft mirror, and a gigantic armoire. They never scuffed our walls, floors, and left anything dinged. They were as quick as it gets and the company brings a whole team instead of one or two spare movers. I can assure you the price is more than worth it, and I will be calling them again for my next move! Love these guys!

Throughout the moving process movers from New beginnings relocation were very efficient and professional. I was astounded the way these movers packed my furniture and placed in their huge truck. They were careful about my furniture and took great care of everything. Thanks to them for the help and for the experienced movers they sent across the state to take care of all my belongings. We moved so easily only because of New beginnings relocation when I hired them 2 months ago. These guys were just amazing. They were punctual and responsive. They listened to all our instructions and requests. All our furniture was wrapped in shrinking tapes and other stuffs were packed into boxed. It sometimes seemed like they were using too much packing materials. But it only helped safeguarding our valuables. I received the delivery on time and in great condition. I just don't know how properly thank these guys for the amazing job they did.

I hired New beginnings relocation quite hastily as I needed some movers very urgently. But, on contrary to my fears, the movers turned out to be delightful. The men were all very experienced and it showed in their work. They packed up all our belongings in just 2 hours. Not only were they fast, they were also very efficient. They took such great care of our furniture while loading them onto the van. Soon they were off to the road. They made the delivery right on time as well. All our things traveled quite well. I have no words for how amazingly this crew handled my move.

I was quite shocked after I was laid off from work but that's life I suppose. I decided to move back home. However, working in the big city made me buy a lot of stuffs that I just couldn't leave behind. After much research I hired New beginnings, which is pretty well known locally. I have to admit, I was quite skeptical because I heard so much negative things about moving companies. But the movers were very skilled and experienced. They knew exactly how to pack and securely load everything onto the vans. They even helped me sort out the furniture I wasn't going to take with me. I think they definitely deserve a good recommendation.

I'm happy I chose New beginnings relocation to help me move. Three guys arrived during the promised time window; they also called me in advance and gave me their ETA. They worked fast - we moved in less than just a few hours. I didn't have that much furniture- just one bedroom apartment, but they had to move it from a third floor. Guys were very respectful and professional. They wrapped the furniture in blankets and plastic wrap. I inspected the furniture after the move and found on damage. They are also very reasonably priced. The three movers who helped me move were just the most professional people you will ever find in this business. I will definitely recommend this amazing company.

I am just sick and tired of relocating but that just comes with my job description. In the beginning. I tried relocating on my own; it always turned into disaster. Then, I hired different moving companies. I won't say they were all bad, but none of them could provide me that easy move they always promised. Finally I hired New beginnings relocation after hearing from a dear friend. This company just blew me away. Their movers arrived right on time and they were very efficient at this job. What I really liked about them was how they approached everything with a smile. No furniture was too heavy for them. I was very impressed seeing how spirited these movers were. They delivered everything the next day to my new house. The movers unpacked everything and put them inside. Nothing was broken or damaged. When they left, I realized that I have just had the smoother move of life. I will hire them for all my future relocation for sure.

I think it's important for moving companies to be flexible and suit the client's needs. I didn't even bother asking New beginnings relocation about their package offers. I didn't want them to put my furniture in separate storage units as that may increase the chance for damage. The manager was very attentively taking notes of my request. When the men arrived at my home, I was quite pleased to see how professional and well equipped they all were. They finished packing and loading everything so quickly. The delivery was prompt as well. Might I just add, all the furniture was in excellent condition.

We were moving to escape from the city life and raise our kids around open fields and nicer people. We didn't know witch moving company to hire. After a glowing recommendation from a friend, we chose to hire New beginnings relocation. This company really means business. The movers arrived sharp at 10 am as they were supposed to. They packed up everything with military precision. God knows who trains these guys because they seem highly trained. Their experiences paid off while carrying out huge pieces of furniture. Everything went like clockwork and they were off to our new ranch after a short time spent on packing and loading. The delivery was made on time and the movers unpacked everything for us. I couldn't believer how easy this move turned out to be.

I have never seen movers this good in the past. I work in real estate so I have seen plenty of movers. But the guys from New beginnings relocation are in a league of their own. They arrived early on the moving day. They started packing all my belongings and I was stunned seeing skilled they were. They were extra careful with my breakables. The loading process went without any problems. They delivered on time and the 3rd floor walkup at my new apartment seemed no big deal to them. I am totally rooting for this company.

I was quite reluctant about hiring a moving company to help me move. But my friend suggested that I hire New beginnings relocation to make my life easier. I called them and got a very reasonable quote. The movers arrived right on the given time on moving day and started working immediately. They were all very hard working and sincere. Their packing skills were truly creative and admirable. My belongings arrived one day after I reached as scheduled before and I was very happy to see that all my stuffs have survived the journey.

The moving date was knocking at the door while I was in a hell lot of rush of others. As a result, I had to manage a mover who could provide me the prompt service. Thus I met New beginnings relocation. They gave the unbelievable support on that point of time. They offered me a very well calculated package right after the survey. On the moving date, it felt really well when I saw them reaching at my place well equipped and prepared. They very swiftly wrapped up my stuffs and loaded within a least possible time. Their powerful van transported my stuffs in the right amount of time. My new place was loaded with my goods once again in a least possible time. Dent less moving done. The reason why I have been going back to New beginnings relocation is the fact that they are just amazingly reliable. They have relocated my valuables 4 times now and they have always delivered my valuables unharmed. That is a good achievement! It does help when they charge me such low prices for the amazing movers they keep sending. Each crew I have worked with has amazed me with their skills and efficiency. While people keep complaining about their moving companies, I can put my faith in these guys blindly.

New beginnings relocation kept me well informed throughout the moving process when we were relocating a few months ago. The move was well planned, and the movers were very professional. They showed up on time, cautiously but quickly finished packing and did not waste any time standing around. When my belongings arrived at the new house I was surprised to find my one small pen holder that I thought I lost many years ago. My goods came in perfect condition. I feel I was very fortunate to find them and be able to trust them with my household goods.

Hiring new beginnings made our move so easy. This company is just too professional. Every little detail is foreseen by them. The movers were all very capable men who came prepared with all the right tools. They finished the job in such a short amount of time and displayed amazing skills. They made the delivery one day later and everything traveled excellently. I am just so impressed.

If there is something I will not forget anytime soon, it is the kind of experience I obtained from New beginnings relocation. Instead of the normal boring relocation experience, these people gave me something extraordinary. I love their patience during the relocation time; also, I was thrilled by the fact that their charges were so manageable. Because of the exclusive experience I had with them, I am looking forward to future relocation.

We were leaving our home of 30 years to live close to our daughter. We were moving on a very busy weekend and finding a moving company was like looking for needle in a hay stack. After weeks of calling, we finally secured an appointment with New beginnings relocation. Their crew arrived right on time on the moving day. They carried big pieces of furniture with ease and it took them minimum amount of time to finish the whole thing. The delivery was made the next day as requested. They broke one glass and everything else traveled well. I have gained so much respect for the crew who helped with my move.

New beginnings relocation made sure all my valuables reach my new house in great shape. They certainly had the right tools and the correct attitude for the job. The movers were very punctual and their customer service was very promising as well. The quote I got initially was very low considering the other estimates given by different companies. The final bill came under the estimate which made me so happy. None of my things suffered a single scratch and I was very impressed. I recommend this company highly.

Nightmare experience. Horrible. I have to write a review because the experience was so poor. Over charged, 5 hours late, lost items and then demanded more money. Long story short, they charge a deposit which should get credited to the total hourly bill. Instead, they showed up 5 hours late, making every excuse in the book rather than just owning up to the fact that they made a scheduling error on their end (saying they have me for Sat 5/31, when 5/31 is on a Friday, my moving day, when I am left waiting). The movers themselves were friendly, but lost many items in transit, and then demanded the full payment in cash without deducting the deposit I had given. No discount for being late. No discount for lost items. And would not provide cash receipt so that I could maintain records and possibly dispute. After calling the office and trying to file a complaint and hopeful recovery of horrible service, I was given the run around with no conclusion. Thus, just a horrible service. DO NOT USE.
