Not only were they two hours late to pick up the, when they got to the storage facility, but there was also only one person unloading the entire truck. My friends were there when they unloaded and several boxes fell off the ramp. Now that I have transported my belongings to my house, 90% of my furniture is damaged. I called Lisa to report this and she said she couldn't find my paperwork. She said she would call me back, she hasn't. Now they won't even answer the phone.
