I can't believe there are any good reviews on this company, those must be fake. First my deposit was never refunded to me when we canceled one local move, so we decided to have them pack the moving truck for the house that passed escrow. They ripped the doors of my refrigerator forcing it through the screen door, which they also broke off. This was how they began, but my husband did not inform me of any of these things, if he had, i would have fired them without pay right there. Especially since they went on to break my washer, dryer, computer chairs, monitors, pool table, china set, my antique dining room table i inhereted from my family, I have no clue how they extensively tweaked the headboard to my bed set.. This is only the most expensive of the damages it did not end at all. I have no furniture that is not damaged. They took apart everything to the smallest pieces as well. I have a few random screws, but no clue what they go to. This is the worse experience of my life. If you do not want every thing you own destroyed than call someone, anyone else. Ohhh they charged us $100 for a broken box wrapped around the slate of my pool table that they proceeded to shatter anyway.

Our delivery date was april 8th and our stuff is not here yet. It's now june 14th and they haven't returned our calls. These 5 star reviews have got to be false. I'm notifying the dot and we have a lawyer. DO NOT use maywest.

I chose MayWestMovingSystems because I didnt want my stuff broke damaged or stolen. I trust those guys cause when I got in my new place everything was their and in tact. Thanks Steve + Crew

They are the worst. Set up a moving date and time and never showed. Said they wouldn't come to Montana, after they agreed to move me and took my deposit. Left me "stuck" my furniture in Montana and me in another state. I finally had to fly back to Montana and get my stuff and ship it UPS. The customer service is crap. No one answers phone or questions. I still haven't got my deposit back and just filed a Better Business Bureau complaint on them because they kept my money and still have not given it back. DO NOT USE THEM FOR MOVING. They have told me 3 times, my money will be back in account...it is still not. They are scammers.
