Horrible customer service. Caused damage to variety of items and walls and has not taken accountability for their destruction. I Have reached out and been talked down to and avoided by the owner as well as his staff. HORRIBLE company... Fraudulent advertising..

When I spoke with the manager Michelle Brewer she played dumb and was contriving and rude. The moving crew had broken some stuff however the real problem was how unprofessional Michele/ was. I do not recommend this company.

Horrible horrible moving company! This company broke items and refused to replace them. Day of the move they informed us they had underbid the job and would not be able to finish or we would need to pay more money ($!?@$*!). After much debate, they agreed to finish the job as agreed upon in the contact and the guys worked hard to get it done. One of the movers decided to move my husband's heavy expensive gun safe alone (stupid) and dropped it off the truck. It broke. Then they broke my expensive jewelry armoire. After the move we contacted the company and they agreed in email to replace the items but after a few emails they just stopped responding. We called again and again, they would tell us to email the same people again and still no response. We reported them to the BBB, still no response. Now we are looking at eating the cost of our items over their negligence or small claims courts. Save yourself the trouble, find an honest company.

started off well, quickly went down hill. Damaged property and gave us the run around now for 3 months. We have since had to file with the AG of CA and BBB. The use call avoidance and pretended they had no idea that we filed a claim. Owner claims and is using Military to get business but I am suspect of who he really is now. I would definitely move on to another, more reputable company
