Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.

Move4Less is the opposite of the company name. They charged me $2820 for 12 hours but their team only worked for 8 hours plus travel time so I am generous to give them 1 hour even if my house is 15 mins away from their office. I called 6 times and each time I call, Jane and Irish have attitude and would only refund me for 2 hours. Also there was a 1 hour downtime bec one of the workers hurt his toe so the 3 workers rested and watched him. They would not even give me a prorated rate.The 2nd job they took same thing. Oh, have I mentioned the damaged furnitures? I do NOT recommend this company. Please don't be a victim like me.

Hard working-family company. Came out and gave me estimate, then 5 days later moved my belongings from townhouse to a house 30 min away. Quote was exactly right on time needed, and rate was very reasonable. Very happy with the move and would use them again.

I am so awed by WCS Trucking! From my first telephone call, through the genuine move, and afterward the subsequent telephone call, the entire experience was the most wonderful it could have been. I expected to move with 3 days notice. They put me on the calendar and sent me two magnificent men (Desmond and Revere) to make my turn as easy as could be expected under the circumstances. So their costs were really normal. We've utilized this organization before and we knew that they work well so why not utilize them once more. The people over the telephone setting up the employment were exceptionally decent and useful. We had a group of 3 folks (paid additional to have a third person), they worked the entire time.
