Reserved a spot 5 months ahead of time for a 15 traveler van. They called to affirm 2(ish) weeks before our entry. The van was spotless, loaded with gas, never had any mechanical issues, area was a $11 taxicab ride away (counting tip) which is less expensive than airplane terminal duty, the staff was benevolent and considerate. Toward the end of our trek we headed to the rental organization to drop off the van and the moving company had a driver take us to the air terminal in the same van so we didn't need to unload.
