I purchased a Groupon for moving services by Direct Movers (2 people for 3 hours, no truck). They confirmed a 9am appointment and did not show up. After not showing up for this appointment the mover who was suppose to move me tried to have me pay him directly for the move as an independent and ask the main person for a refund. After I told him I already paid both him and the main person did not return my calls or texts until close to 3PM that day saying that Groupon will refund me. I had to scramble to find movers last minute since the truck was already rented. This company is a Groupon scam trying to get you to double pay them directly and they disappear.
