My moving team was very knowledgeable and friendly. It only took them 3 hours to pack the entire 1 bedroom apartment. This would take at least a week if I did it myself. Loading and unloading of the furniture went smooth and professional. I recommend this company to others.

The worst experience.please do not arrange your moving with these guys.as soon as they arrived they asked for extra 60bucks for moving material (more precisely "special moving tape" -the regular 5cm wide tape that I had was not appropriate apparently- and a plastic wrap for the mattress) which the manager never mentioned before (although we called 3times to confirm the total price). If I knew I could have easily bought the equipment they required myself for a lot cheaper. When I called the manager to complain he hung the phone screaming "who are you to argue with me?".also they asked me to stay downstairs with the truck,which I find a bit uncomfortable since I would like to be there while they handle my stuff.the workers themselves were nice but overall it was a horrible experience.

These guys are hard working, polite, friendly and very easy going. They are top notch! I was so afraid to move because previously I had a horrible experience with movers. Monch and his guys were most helpful. Not only was I able to get an appointment quickly, they went above and beyond when they arrived to assist me. I had no idea of how much junk was left in the apartment by my previous tenant. Monch willingly stepped in and saved the day. I will absolutely call him again.

I moved this weekend. This group of 9 men appeared on time, prepared to take care of business. They were so capable, watchful and sorted out. I wound up taking a climb amidst the move, since they had everything taken care of. They will come a couple of weeks before and give you a "not to surpass cite." This is unimaginably useful in planning a move. They bring all that you require: bubble wrap, boxes, paper, tape, sharpies, and so on. We moved from our Tribeca space to Brooklyn with hundred of boxes and heavy furniture. We used All Star Moving and it was so easy. Each and every individual who worked was decent cheerful and such very diligent. The move was done that day and nothing was broken. The cost was reasonable . I truly recommend them!

Most exceedingly awful moving organization ever. Conveyed move late, amateurish staff, young child sat on my love seat and ate a banana amid the moderate, messy and excruciating emptying process.
